Ghost Cash Makes 2257 Policy Announcement

CYBERSPACE – Adult webmaster affiliate program Ghost Cash has announced the implementation of its new "2257" policy.

Addressing the realties of the enhanced record keeping requirements of 18 USC 2257 which become effective June 23, 2005, Ghost Cash has announced that it is fully compliant with the requirements and that it intends to help all of its affiliates become compliant as well.

According to the company, "All affiliates using the promotional explicit content of Ghost Cash are subject to the rules of 2257 as secondary producers of erotica. As such, you will be required to have, in your possession, the information needed to assure the federal government that the performers in the content are over the age of 18 years. We don't want to visit any of our affiliates in prison!"

Although the company values its models' information and privacy, it must abide by the law. Therefore, effective June 15, all approved affiliates of Ghost Cash will have access to all materials required by 2257.

Affiliates wanting to use explicit promotional material will be required to be responsible for the record keeping requirements for 2257. Affiliates that do not want this burden are still able to promote Ghost Cash using non explicit means.
